Allah subahana wa tayala says in the glorious Qur'an Surah al-Imran, chapter 3, verse 110.كُنْتُمْ خَيْرَ اُمَّةٍ اُخْرِجَتْ لِلنَّا سِ تَأْمُرُوْنَ بِا لْمَعْرُوْفِ وَتَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ وَتُؤْمِنُوْنَ بِا للّٰهِ
"You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and believe in Allah."
If you are a true Muslim, you must preach the Deen, enjoin good deeds, and forbid evil deeds. If not, you cannot claim yourself as the best Ummah.
