Meditation is a good sign of happiness. No need to go anywhere; just meditate silently in the corner of the room for at least 10 minutes every day. This should be done every day of the week. Santos said he used to meditate regularly when he was a student. Regular meditation made him feel good.
Spending time with family and friends
If
you want to be happy in life, spend more time with loved ones and
family. So happy will be the mind. Several recent studies have shown that
spending quality time with family and friends makes the mind cheerful
or happy.
Meet in person, not on social media.
I usually
communicate more through various media, including Facebook, Twitter, and
email. Put away the phone and get physically active, suggests
psychologist Luri Santos.

How to prevent heart attacks in the winter
Many
of us don't know that winter is a heart attack season. When the
temperature drops, the arteries in the body constrict, making it harder
for the heart to pump blood.

winter, the heart has to work harder to maintain the temperature. The
following tips can be followed to prevent heart attacks in winter:
- Keep room temperature warm at home. Heat the main rooms you use to at least 18°C and use a hot water bottle or electric blanket to keep the bed warm.
- Wear a hat, scarf, and gloves when going outside.
- People over 30 years of age should avoid overexertion in the winter season.
- Do not eat too much food together; eat small amounts frequently.
