One thing that is certain after birth is death.

Remembering death is the medicine to survive from sin. |
Life is a set of fixed times. The days of our life are constantly running out. We are moving towards death at the speed of light at 3 lakh km per second and are getting closer to that final life. Yet how indifferent we are! We are constantly running after the world's delights. We forget about our specific destination. Do we ever think about where the destination of the path we are constantly running towards is? Death can be forgotten by being immersed in the colors of the world, but death cannot be avoided or escaped from death. Yet the people of our golden generation used to make death the goal of life. Preparing for death was the ultimate purpose of life. We prepare for everything in the world. We have a preparation for jobs, marriage, careers, and even for the daily market, but we are not prepared only for death!
you will have to enter the grave with only a piece of shroud.
There is no guarantee that if I am alive in the evening, I will be able to see the next day. Again, it is uncertain whether a person who is alive in the morning will live until the evening. In this regard, Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, ‘When the evening comes, do not wait for the morning. And when the morning comes, do not wait for the evening. Set aside some time for your health for your illness and gather provisions for death while you have time.’ (Sahih Bukhari: 6416). Leaving behind everything—home, car, children, relatives, and devotees—you will have to enter the grave with only a piece of shroud. The beautiful body spent in luxury will become food for worms. All the hopes and aspirations of life will disappear in an instant. All smiles will turn into tears on that day. That is why people do not want to die. They always want to escape from death. However, Allah says, ‘Say, the death from which you are fleeing will surely come to you. Then you will be returned to the One who knows the unseen and the seen. Then He will inform you of what you used to do. (Jumu'ah 62/8)
One thing that is certain after birth is death.
We are believers; we believe in the oneness of Allah, but that belief cannot keep us steadfast on the path of religion. We know that the world is temporary; after death we will have to stand before our Lord on the Day of Judgment and give an account of everything. The horror of that day cannot wake us up for the dawn prayer. To perform the obligatory laws properly. We save for the future of this world, but we do not think about how much we have saved for the eternal life. We know and understand everything, but where does heedlessness occur in performing it? The Quran says, 'Has not the time come for the believers that their hearts will melt at the remembrance of Allah? Let them not be like those who were given the Book before. A long time has passed over them, and then their hearts have become hard. Most of them are sinners.’ (Surah Hadid, verse: 16).
The believer should prepare for death before it comes and remember death more.
Do not lose yourself in the glitter of the world. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) told the believers to attend the funeral and said that one Qirat, which is the equivalent of Mount Uhud, and when he returns after completing the burial, he said that two Qirats are equivalent to the same amount of good deeds. (Bukhari Hadith: 47). So that when you see the funeral of another person, you remember your own funeral. When you see someone being laid in their grave, you remember your own grave. You remember the horror of the grave. You remember the helpless state at the time of death. Because death can come at any time. Therefore, the believer should always remember death. This will remove worldly attachments, increase faith, help in self-purification, and find a path for the Hereafter.
